Incentive Trip 800 guests Munich Oktoberfest Event
In 2019 we have successfully created an incentive trip for 800 guests from Norway in Munich and celebrated with them their very own private Oktoberfest. The group was split between the 5-star hotels Sofitel Munich Bayerpost and LeMéridien Munich. The group had a private meeting at Deutsches Theater, fantastic team activities on a Bavarian farm and a Gala night at the famous BMW World. The absolute highlight of this group was their own private Oktoberfest at the Löwenbräukeller. Everybody was dressed in Bavarian outfits and an Oktoberfest Band played for the whole evening.
Conference Berlin 400 Pax Golden 20’s Event
In 2019 we have successfully created a conference in Berlin for 400 guests from UK including an incredible Gala event based on the Golden 20’s of Berlin.
The conference took place at the Vienna House Andel’s Hotel and the whole trip included much more than just one highlight. The group had a very special dinner at the Arminius Market Hall, an historic and authentic market hall in the heart of Berlin. Also they a very cool activities from a Berlin street art tour to virtual golf.
The highlight event took part on the last evening in the hotel ballroom. A Drag queen was leading through the evening accompanied by contortionists and mirror dancers.
